Full-Time Maintenance Technician — Regal Evergreen

Role Overview

Regal Communities is hiring an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to support Regal Evergreen, a manufactured home community in Macon, GA. In this hands-on role, you will handle day-to-day repairs, grounds upkeep, and vendor coordination to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair water and sewer leaks.
• Perform park grounds upkeep, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and oversee on-site projects.
• Maintain community equipment in good working order.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders.
• Travel once a week to assist at other nearby Regal communities.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, full-time.
• Monday to Friday.
• On-call and weekends as needed.

Compensation

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year, based on experience.
