Regional Property Manager — Full-Time

Role Overview

Regal Communities is hiring a full-time Regional Property Manager based in Erie, PA. The qualified candidate will bring strong property management experience within a mobile home community, including overseeing multiple properties, coordinating vendors, and supporting day-to-day operations. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with the Director of Operations in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple mobile home community properties.
• Support home sales activity.
• Handle collections, evictions, and enforcement of community rules and regulations.
• Physically inspect properties to identify and report service needs.
• Enforce cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee projects.

Requirements

• 3 years Property Manager experience in a mobile home community (required).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Driver’s license (required).
• Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Erie, PA before starting (required).

Schedule

• Full-time — 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• On-call as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $58,000 – $62,000 per year
