Full-Time Maintenance Technician — 2 Mobile Home Parks

Role Overview

Regal Communities is seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to support two manufactured home communities in Douglasville, GA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for day-to-day repairs, upkeep, and coordination with vendors to ensure our parks remain safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair water and sewer leaks.
• Perform park grounds upkeep, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and oversee on-site projects.
• Maintain community equipment in good working order.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, full-time.
• Monday to Friday.
• On-call and weekends as needed.

Compensation

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year, based on experience.
