Full-Time Maintenance Technician — 3 Mobile Home Parks

Role Overview

Regal Communities is seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to support three manufactured home communities in Columbia, MO, including Regal Creekwood and Regal Richland Heights. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for day-to-day repairs, upkeep, and coordination with vendors to ensure our parks remain safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Fix water and sewer leaks.
• Perform park grounds and area upkeep, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee projects at the communities.
• Maintain community equipment in good working order.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, full-time.

Compensation

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year, based on experience.
